Increasing Community NRM Awareness

Landholders in the Murray Mallee already make a huge commitment to look after their land and water resources.

This commitment is acknowledged by the local action planning process which:

  • Supports landholders to improve land management;

  • Provides a broader community focus on the region’s natural resources;

  • Enables communities and governments to work together to tackle the major natural resource management issues.

Volunteer time, skills, financial support, technical support and on-ground contributions are invaluable.
