Implementation Officer – Restoring Habitat for EPBC Birds
Position Background
The role of the Implementation Officer will be to manage the implementation of a devolved grant scheme within the Murray Mallee as part of a new project Restoring Habitat for EPBC Birds. This will involve providing support to landholders and community groups undertaking on-ground works activities and implementing education and awareness activities throughout the Murray Mallee area.
The Implementation Officer will report to the Murray Mallee Local Action Planning Association Program Manager. The Program Manager is responsible for the ongoing development, evaluation and implementation of the Murray Mallee LAP Strategic Plan, facilitation of information flow between the government, regional groups and community, project management, professional support to the Association and to ensure the appropriate management of all Murray Mallee LAP projects is being undertaken accordingly.
