SA volunteers attend National Malleefowl Forum

October 4, 2018

In August, the BWLG Malleefowl Conservation Program, supported 6 people to attend the National Malleefowl Forum in Mildura. These volunteers are active in the Malleefowl Conservation work done in the South Australian Murray Mallee region and were able to attend the Forum to engage with other volunteers in the Malleefowl Conservation world, hear about the latest research being done across NSW, VIC, SA and WA, and share their experiences from the work they do here in our region.

We acknowledge the work our Malleefowl Conservation Volunteers do and thank them for continuing to take time to build their knowledge about this work.

This project is supported by the Murray Mallee Local Action Planning Association, through funding from the Australian Government’s National Landcare Program.
